Boss

Sillrot

Sillrot portrait

The timber of every door that ever swelled shut and was left standing. It hardly swings at you. It puts its spores in your lungs instead, and they do not wash out and they do not stop, and every cycle it leans a little more of itself onto the frame. And the rot gets into whatever you build against it: every course you set into your own wall goes soft and slumps as you lay it, so barely a third of the stone you gather ever holds.

Boss 212 HP hits for up to 28 4.4 damage per turn on average

The rot in the frame. It barely swings at you: it breathes spores that ignore Guard entirely and never wash out, and it leans a little harder every cycle, so the patient wall-and-wait plan pays the clock twice over. Two mechanics: the burn that Guard cannot stop, and the weight that grows while you wait.

Its move kitNumbers re-derived from the engine, not the authored text.

Tuned against

This boss is built to punish the Cairn deck. It never stands at the end of Descent I against that deck; from Descent II on, bring something else, or bring an answer.
